• Match submissions. When you voluntarily submit a match through our submission form, we collect the match details you provide (match name, date, location, registration URL, description). We do not collect your name or email through this form unless you choose to include them.
• Sponsor inquiries. When you submit the sponsor inquiry form on our Sponsor page, we collect the information you provide (company name, contact name, email, and optional phone, website, budget range, and message). This data is stored in our admin dashboard and used solely to respond to your inquiry. We do not share it with third parties, add you to mailing lists, or use it for any other purpose.
• Server logs. Our hosting provider (Vercel) records standard request logs including IP address, browser type, pages visited, and timestamps. These are used for security and performance monitoring.
• Cookies. We do not set our own marketing or identification cookies. Third-party services we use (Google Analytics, Google AdSense - see below) may set analytics and advertising cookies on your browser.

Third-party services

We use the following third-party services to operate the site:

• Google AdSense.We use Google AdSense to display advertisements. Google may use cookies, including the DoubleClick cookie, to serve ads based on your prior visits to this and other websites. Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to you based on your visits to this and other websites. You may opt out of personalized advertising by visiting Google Ads Settings. • Google Analytics 4. We use Google Analytics 4 to measure aggregate traffic patterns, top pages, referrers, and rough geographic distribution. Google Analytics may set cookies (typically _ga and _ga_*) and collect anonymized usage data including approximate location (country / region level), device type, browser, and pages visited. IP addresses are anonymized before being stored. We do not link analytics data to personal information and we do not sell or share it outside our own operational use. How we use your information

We use the limited information we collect to:

• Display the match listings you came here to find
• Review and approve community-submitted matches
• Maintain site security and prevent abuse
• Improve the site based on aggregate usage patterns

We do not sell, rent, or trade any visitor data, match submissions, or contact information to third parties.

Cookies and tracking

Major Match Finder does not set its own tracking cookies for marketing purposes. However, two categories of cookies may be present on your browser when you visit the site:

• Analytics cookies set by Google Analytics 4 (typically named _ga and _ga_*) used to measure aggregate traffic and distinguish unique visitors.
• Advertising cookies set by Google AdSense and its partners when ads are served on the site.
• Local storage (not a cookie) used by the My Season planner to remember which matches you've saved. This data never leaves your browser.

You can disable cookies through your browser settings; doing so will not affect your ability to use the site, though it may affect ad personalization and the accuracy of our traffic analytics.

Your rights

Because we do not collect personal information by default, there is typically no personal data tied to you for us to delete or export. If you submitted a match through the form and would like it removed, please contact us.

Children's privacy

Major Match Finder is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has submitted information through the site, please contact us and we will delete it.
